Compatibility, construction, and installation
Third-party metal mounting set. Material, plate thickness, hole spacing, and hardware weight remain pending physical measurement.
Uses paired metal mounting bars with the stock AM5 motherboard backplate. Orientation matches the AXP90-X47 / X53 on AM4 / AM5: fins run left-to-right and the airflow channel opens toward the top and bottom of the motherboard, reducing blockage from memory and the VRM heatsink. The heatpipe ends sit closer to the VRM area, however, and may interfere with its heatsink; this occurs on TK Lab's ASUS ROG STRIX X870-I GAMING WIFI.
