A Cooler Mount Is Not Better Just Because It Is Tighter
After raising PBO, the system did not throttle or crash with a blue screen; it restarted instantly. Loosening all four cooler screws evenly allowed the same settings to complete. This is a reproducible troubleshooting record, not proof of the exact electrical mechanism.
